9ct gold sapphire cluster ring, size Q-P. A very beautiful ring with good size, quality sapphire, measuring approx. 3mm x 4mm. The sapphire is surrounded by 14 diamonds which are about 0.4368ct each. Only for sale because I can no longer wear it due to arthritis. I will consider sensible offers.
